Lora Tera was mentioned at Youth Action Montreal 2011 by Desiree McGraw.
In 2007 she ran for a position in Kenya.
She was abducted and tortured for weeks.
When she refused to give up, her persecutors went after and killed her 19-year-old son.
She migrated to Canada and is now a landed immigrant.
But she is going back to insure and aid in her country’s next election.
